Our journey began in 2020 with microgreens, right as COVID brought unexpected challenges. Instead of giving in, we dug in our heels, determined to push forward with a rallying cry: “This won’t stop us!” Though we eventually stepped away from microgreens, it wasn’t the end—it was a pivot. Inspiration struck after tasting infused cooking oils from a local vendor, sparking the idea: “We could do this, too.” Months of research and experimentation followed, with samples shared and flavors refined until we nailed it. Today, we’re proud to craft high-quality, long-lasting infused oils and vinegars, pouring our hard-earned expertise into every handcrafted bottle.
