Our small team in Hamburg, PA, packages each order by hand, and we’re thrilled to offer the following shipping options to keep your experience as smooth as our Valais Blacknose sheep’s wool!

Shipping Options & Costs

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50! We’ll choose the best carrier (USPS or UPS) to ensure your order arrives safely.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, we offer a $14 flat rate via USPS or UPS, covering domestic shipping costs for our artisanal products.
Carriers: We partner with USPS (Ground Advantage) and UPS (Ground Shipping) to deliver your order reliably.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Our team hand-labels and packs each order with love, ensuring it’s ready for its journey to you.

Note: Processing time does not include delivery time, which varies by carrier and destination (typically 3–7 days after shipping).

Delivery Times

Once shipped, USPS and UPS Ground deliveries typically take 3-7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship to contiguous U.S. addresses only.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive email confirmations when your order is placed and shipped.
Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, but we’ll help where we can!
