Humming Hills Farm Infused Oils: Pure, Clean, and Crafted with Care
At Humming Hills Farm, we’re passionate about crafting infused olive oils that elevate your cooking with bold, pure flavors. Our Infused Olive Oils have been rigorously lab-tested and meets or exceed extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) standards, so you can enjoy them with confidence knowing they meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
What sets our oils apart from the competition? First, we use only organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)—no blends or shortcuts here! Some local vendors mix in cheaper oils to save money, but we’re committed to purity and flavor. (And despite what some believe, mixing oils doesn’t increase EVOO’s smoke point—it just dilutes its quality and taste.) Second, our oils are crafted to be pure and clean, with no herbs left in the bottle. Unlike some infused oils that leave herbs inside, which can risk contamination (even with dried herbs) and make pouring messy, our oils offer a flawless pour and rich flavor in every drop. Finally, while many locally available infused oils are white-labeled (purchased pre-infused and relabeled) or not fully lab-tested, ours are handcrafted right on our farm in small batches. We use ingredients we’ve carefully sourced or prepared—like our self-dehydrated peppers and herbs grown right here on the farm—and test every batch to ensure you’re getting the best.
